From initial consultation we get to know you, your training history and your aims.

Injury Prevention

We look at your training history and injury profile and provide injury prevention strategies to help you train to your full potential.

Programme Building

We design a personalised programme just for you. Based on practice, and evidence, that you can trust.

Training Peaks

Training, injury prevention and explanation of your programme is uploaded to your training peaks account and off you go!

The duration of the plan is specific to you. Following initial consultation our head coach will determine your needs and goals and suggest what an appropriate length of time to achieve those would be. We can also support you when you have a deadline or a specific number of weeks that you have available.
